Rove Gunthorpe is thrilled to offer this outstanding Hymer B798 Premium Line. This motorhome is a 4 berth 4 belt that has a gross weight of 5500KG which has been upgraded from factory as an optional extra to extend this vehicles payload. The overall dimensions of this Hymer are very impressive with a length of 8.5M and a width of 2.39M. The motorhome is driven on a 2.3ltr Automatic which has only covered 9470 miles.

At the rear you have an outrageously large island bed which sits above the full width end garage. The bed sits in its own unique styled bedroom with wardrobes which surround the head board along with two large draws which sit below the bed optimising how much storage space they can get in the rear. The bedroom has its own TV capabilities along with surround sound speakers which continue throughout the motorhome. To compliment this area and finish it just perfectly this particular B798 has an Air-Conditioning unit fitted centrally to the room spreading cool are throughout during those peak heat summers. In the Garage you will also find an additional point which has been fitted so you can plug in an external satellite dish and play through your choice of internal televisions.

Walking towards the front you will next come to the end-suite washroom. This area has been split down the middle so on the passenger side you have your cassette toilet and on the driver side you have your full separate shower cubicle and bespoke vanity basin unit. The access to this room is made by two solid wooden doors which are designed to close off each side independently or you can swing them right round to create two walls which makes a full private washroom.

Centrally you have your kitchen space which comes with all the particulars such as; 3 Ring Gas Hob, Electric Hot Plate, Oven, Grill, Fridge Freezer along with various form of storage e.g. Draws and Cupboards. Hidden above the fridge in the cupboard unit you will find the 5G WIFI router which will require a sim card contract by the new owner but offers excellent signal strength for people who like to stream their television or alternatively if you wish to do some work from the comforts of your own motorhome.

At the very front you have a wonderful lounge area completed with a solid standing table. The lounge itself will hold up to 8 adults at any given time with the help of the extendable table situated in the centre, creating the perfect place to wind down on an evening or to entertain guest coming over for dinner. The entirety of the lounge has high level lockers perfectly suited to hold all your personally belongings so you don’t need to run to the rear storage to grab that late evening board game we all know and love. Over the captains swivel seats you have a pull down double bed which with a couple of simple steps pulls down with full surround curtain for privacy which also blocks out any visibility from the cab windows.

We visited the Selston site first to view a camper van we had seen on line and although the van didn’t meet out needs the staff couldn’t of been more helpful. We sat down with Charlie and put together a profile of the van we were looking for, including our budget. We went away hopeful that we would be found a van before long. Charlie kept us informed of the new stock coming in by email and a weekly phone call and although Charlie had moved to the Gunthorpe site he found us the perfect van. Since our initial visit we have met members of the wider team at Gunthorpe (Sam, Charlotte, Guy and a few of the men from the workshop) and everyone has been amazing and so helpful, including providing copious amounts of coffee. It will be a couple of weeks before we collect ‘Doris’ and start our travels but It’s 5 stars from us.

What a fantastic company the staff so friendly & informative the whole process was fantastic. We originally dealt with Jamie but he transferred to another branch but left us in the capable hands of Guy & Charlie. We collected our motorhome on Friday but Gut sent a video handover on Thursday which is brilliant because although he went through everything on collection I am sure we will forget something when we set up on site.
