I'd like to thank Charlie, Guy, Sam and team for the outstanding service and attention to detail they afforded us they are all a credit to the company 'Rove' and the industry. From the original advert pictures and walk around narrated video, to the demonstration at viewing, we have been very well treated and looked after. The preparation both mechanically and cosmetically was superb , The handover by Charlie was comprehensive and professional and done in a very friendly manor with patience and understanding. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have remained enthusiastic throughout the viewing and buying process. We are thrilled with our motorhome its a little cracker and look foreward to many happy travels and holidays in it. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely buy from them again. We were looking for an A class motorhome and from the first contact Charlie and Guy were very responsive and helpful. They went the extra mile to source historic information about the vehicle and the particular vehicle we viewed was presented very well. We also had a look at 3 other vehicles while we were at Rove and that helped us to understand the layout we would prefer. Compared to the first company we visited Rove were much better. Really helpful family run company. We travelled from Scotland to purchase a motor home. They had everything ready when we arrived and were clear with the information they shared. The motorhome was exactly as they had described it and we are very pleased that we took the trouble to travel to buy from Rove. We were even given a lift back to our hotel which was a lovely touch. Aftersales have been excellent too. We’ve been called to check all is ok and been offered/sent a video to ensure we winterise properly.
